Caleb was kind, very friendly & knowledgeable on different items and electronics. He was great! However, as a whole I was extremely disappointed by how little this business offered for items. The amount wasn’t even close to what other businesses are willing to pay for the same quality items. Honestly it feels like they are taking advantage of people’s who may not know the value of what they have or who need money quickly and that’s not right. I went in to get some info & pricing on my Sony A7R IV camera (retails for $2,500) and some lens’ that I have for it & was offered $150 for the camera!! I genuinely thought he was joking… this camera btw i only used maybe 3-4 times and have original box & all. Wow. Just wow. I understand of course that everyone has the right to set their own prices, but the offers here are so low it’s disappointing. I strongly recommend getting quotes from multiple places before selling anything here.
