Extremely disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend anyone doing business here based on what happened. From the start, Jesse’s approach felt unprofessional and misleading. Instead of a straightforward and honest evaluation, it seemed like he intentionally searched eBay for the absolute lowest possible listings in order to justify a lowball offer on my item. It gave the impression that the goal was not fair market evaluation, but minimizing value however possible. The broader experience also felt misleading. The website and management create an expectation over the phone of a smooth, fair, and favorable deal, but once you arrive in person, the reality is completely different. The experience did not match what was promised, and it felt like customers are brought in under one expectation only to be presented with something entirely different. Combined with the unprofessional attitude during the interaction and lack of transparency in the evaluation process, it left a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honest, respectful, and consistent service.
